The Process

Benchmarking is done by analyzing a prospect's interview answers using advanced AI algorithms and comparing their linguistic patterns and mental attributes to those of established pro players. The resulting benchmark, called a Pro Sim Score, represents the characteristics and qualities of elite athletes and can be used to evaluate a prospect's potential for success at the professional level.
